1969 : METALLOTEKNIKA ELECTRA AE is established.

1978 : Magrini Galileo products are distributed in the Greek market through commercial representatives.

1981 : TELEMECANIQUE HELLAS AEBE, subsidiary of TELEMECANIQUE SA - France, is established.

1982 : AGET HERAKLES acquires METALLOTEKNIKA ELECTRA AE and forms ELVIM AE.

1988 : Merlin Gerin commences commercial activities on TELEMECANIQUE HELLAS AEBE premises.

1991 : Merlin Gerin acquires ELVIM AE.

April 1993 : Schneider Electric is formed in Greece, incoporating ELVIM AE, TELEMECANIQUE HELLAS AEBE, Merlin Gerin and Magrini Galileo as brand names.

May 1995 : ELVIM AE is renamed to Schneider Electric AE, the official company name in Greece.

June 1995 : TELEMECANIQUE HELLAS AEBE merges with Schneider Electric AE, and the legal company names ELVIM, Magrini Galileo, Merlin Gerin and Telemecanique become commercial brand names.

1997 : Modicon, with a rich history and know how in automation products and systems, joins Schneider Electric's commercial brand names.

1999 : Schneider Electric's main brand names are : Merlin Gerin, Modicon, Square D, Telemecanique and ELVIM.
